Somehow despite knowing the nature of the capital and the games, Collins is still able to deliver absolutely horrific shocks

Realllyy excited to see how well/much Collins dives into politics and propaganda this book. Already there’s been so much good material and the games haven’t even started.

Also the origins of characters from past books 😭 - it makes the third quarter quell really insane to think about (crazy considering how insane it already was). And i Know he had Snow feeling stressed when he presented little Louella

Jacob SUCKS! I cannot believe people like him?!
He literally assaults Bella and it’s so much more aggressive and evil in the book than the movie.

Finally we got more wolf-lore but idec how much research (if any) steph did bc it really did just feel racist
