Once I got this arc I knew I was reading it based on the cliffhanger of the last one. And I’m already invested.

I’ve disagreed with so much about this book but reading it for counseling. A lot of it feels like common sense and something a natural progression of marriage would bring up.

What is going on? Like I’m confused but again enjoying.

So I’m super confused. This is just making me not like Kitt more than I didn’t already.

Okay already invested. Apparently I’m needing books in series to really get over the slump I was in. But this works.

So they just now made out. And while I love the dynamic they have didn’t like this kiss this soon. I wanted it to be slow. But I am enjoying this book.

Pae needs to get a grip. Like half the time she is annoying me by denying and “pretending” with Kai and the other part she be showing people up. Kai he is still a darling. Love him. Respect him. What a man. Kitt, I can’t figure him out.

The historical and biblical references in this after sitting and reading did an hour is brilliant.

I hate it when women writers write females as virgins that are upset that they are still virgins as if that should matter. Hopefully Rue gets over that.

Book slump might be falling away. Because I’m invested and the tension between these two characters I’m already loving!

I’m not super interested in this but I do want more on this male and his background of knowing our leading lady!

As every other Lynn Painter book, I’m eating this up! And having such a blast!

I already like the enemies to lovers vibes but they actually don’t hate each other vibes.

The voice inside the head thing is absolutely insane! I love the trope. Every single time!

ARC time! I’m trying to actually read one before release day! Anyway the tension is already there and I’m eating it up!

Buddy read! I’m having a blast with this. The tension but also courting even when already married. The friendships. I’m really enjoying this!

I like this twisted tale of Cindy. And this man has face blindness I’ve only heard about it in one other book. Hello Stranger. So I’m really liking the fantastical elements here.

This is insane. But I definitely liked one dark window more, I’m super interested by Rory
