This is now a spite-read. The FMC has the brain cells of a soggy tissue, and the fact that she’s supposed to be pushing late 20's makes it even worse. What is the actual f*cking point of this book?

It's super weird reading spicy scenes between 14 and 15 year olds. Are they going to be 18 soon? I've read over 700 pages 😭😭😭

While I'm glad to have such a detailed backstory, I can't help but feel a contemporary romance should be this long.

Ps. the very first s*xual ab*se scene is tough.

I have to say, as a mother and someone who has worked in education for many years - primarily working with students aged between four and twelve - the dialogue is incredibly unrealistic.

I KNOW it's fiction, but I find it hard to believe that it was normal for 7 - 12 year olds in Ireland to use every curse word known to man while talking with their parents 😕
