idk i just cant bring myself to resonate with bonnie in any way

i might continue bwway at some point. i liked some aspects of it and i might’ve been too harsh yesterday. honestly im just indecisive as hell. the political discussions were especially touchy because of the local elections. it’s not that i dislike communism as an idea, but the fact that alice keeps complaining about the issues with capitalism and then does absolutely nothing to enact change…

So far I’m loving the writing. Possibly the best Rooney book so far? I adored Conversations With Friends, but I like this setting more so we’ll see.

I can’t decide whether I like this less than Beach Read or it’s just the fact that I’m reading it in English rather than my native language. However I still enjoy the chemistry a lot, curious to see where the plot is headed.
