I just finished The Search for South Pole Santa: A Christmas Adventure and gave it 5 stars. This is a delightfully fun story about a girl who lives on a tugboat and goes to a special school on an island. The school receives a letter that asks interested people to apply for a second Santa position. There were interesting twists to the story and some sadness. The Santa contestants had many tests.

I just finished Stealing Jenny and gave it 5 stars. After barely starting it last night, I couldn't stop reading it today. The author is a wonderful storyteller of this book about a couple with 5 children and one more baby due in a week. They are Catholic. A deranged woman kidnaps the young mother. A female police sargent, 10-year-old and 3-year-old help solve the crime just in time.
