As someone who is adopted by their stepfather… I can honestly say that Claire is the worst character I’ve read in a long time right now.

I love TL Swain but can we please get a fmc who isn’t the most dramatic, indecisive person?

Also may I add that I love Damon so much

I love a good character with trauma… but Emory is just so cruel to Will all the time for absolutely no reason. There just doesn’t feel like there’s any development.

I want a book about Rory

Winter… is a lot. I’ve never simultaneously respected a character for resilience and thought they were annoying at the same time. Granted, her dad is screwed up too, so I can’t fault her for some bad tendencies if I don’t fault Damon.

Emily is annoying. Otherwise good book.

Other then the fact that Emily is one of the most annoying characters I’ve ever read about, I’m enjoying it. I can’t lie, I love a possessive love interest.

Reading “Neon Gods” and SWEATING. The spice is phenomenal.
