I’m reading a story about a woman who’s making up an elaborate story. It is kinda hurting my head.

The author is certainly getting the tone of a judgmental older woman correct.

I bought this at the thrift store a while ago. I started it cause the page length is short and I’m trying to make up some ground on my reading goal. But now seeing the ratings I’m not sure what to except.

I’m growing increasingly more annoyed with this book.

I fear this is the ending I always saw coming. But that wont keep it from being devastating!

Feels like we’re really getting somewhere now!

I was waiting for this moment, I just expected it sooner.

I can tell this book was very well researched by how immersive it is but right now I’m struggling with the pacing a bit.

I’m so glad I’m almost done with this. Along with all the other things I’ve been keeping tallies of. I should have had one for how many times she says inevitable. And I should have kept one for how many times I said “I’m just so tired of this.”

I’m somehow still reading this but I wish I wasn’t.

I wish the writing was better.

I’ve made a bit of a game out of reading this book and I credit it with helping me keep reading it!

I’m getting really tired of this man’s point of view, I tried to give it a chance but I can’t anymore.

Wow we got our first title reference, interested to see how many more times that happens!
