This is the second book in a month with a sentient house that requires wardens throwing their lives away for it... don't think this type of story is for me but I am physically incapable of DNFing

Interesting but I don't feel like I learned anything. Admirable searching though and I am glad there are individuals and a community dedicated to helping those lost on the PCT.
