Honestly not a fan of Effy - which is fine, I don’t need to love the main character. She’s a very conflicted young woman, has endured a lot of hardship and abuse, and neither her or myself has any idea what she’s going to do next. My face most of the book so far has been confused, horrified, and pensive.

I'm so curious about the former world religions Sazed and Kel keep talking about...it feels important.
ALSO I love that Vin's love interest is a nerdy witty philosopher pretty boy - I hope he actually does something of use soon
