God, the writing is tiny

Okay I’m going to keep reading this but it’s not going to be my main book. I only currently read paper books while it’s light outside because it hard to read by candles/ red light lamps when dark so maybe just a hour here, a hour there for the next few days.

TIME TRAVEL?? ALTERNATIVE UNIVERSE?? I was giving it until 135 and it pulls time travel and/ or alternative universe at 128

Did people in the 90’s call things from the 80’s from the 80’s? Because I feel they did not, that’s like us calling things from the 2010s instead of last decade? A weird slip for a book so focused on being authentic 90s

The plan is to read for a hour or 50 more pages with ever comes first then decide if I like it or if I’m going to dnf because only one little sentence is keeping me going. The rest? Dnf

Currently it’s giving a bit too American/ 90’s for me to understand everything called by brand names.

Oh my god dark mode! I thought it would be the last time I was on here because the loading screen was dark but no luck. But now!!

I have SO MANY audiobooks going right but I just so badly want to restart Dungeon Crawler Carl 😭

I’m enjoying this but the next one isn’t out on audible yet and it makes me not want to finish it so I’m not out of the story 😂

I’m not enjoying this at all but I paid for it so I’ll be only listening when I’m doing the crafty parts of my reading journal. I’ll definitely be skipping the 5 more stat sheet chapters ( only about 16 minutes). Listening at x2.55, it should only take just over 5 and half hours rather than over 14 hours, thank god. I’m quite sad as it was an interesting premise.

Listening anything more than at x1 speed means you can hear the narrators breathing 💀
