I’ve never worked so hard to get through a book 🥴 I really thought I’d love this one, but it’s like the 19th century precursor to modern novels about mostly insufferable people that have beautiful writing and excellent character studies but are almost entirely lacking in plot and passion. I’m booooored

Is this any good? Not really. Am I going to keep reading the series? Prolly

Not sure what I’ll rate this bc I’m not sure if I liked it or would particularly recommend it and it’s all a bit cliche, but pretty decent

omg it’s a sad girl with bunch of men orbiting around her, this is groundbreaking

Obsessed with this, but idk where it’s going because what I thought would be the climax happened at 35%
