This might be one of my top five favorite books. As I continue reading I keep setting mental bookmarks at the scenes I look forward to revisiting.
Reading this because I loved Christopher Nolan’s Odyssey movie. The point Emily Wilson made about it which I agree with most strongly is that it’s most valuable as a gateway to Greek mythology. It was a super fun movie, but I’m happy that it brought me back here.
