I hate and love JB. He’s relatable but also childish and stupid; a true testament to mental illness having no age. Jude appears to be doing ok, but I think his reaction to JB’s drug problem is going to change that for the worse. Vanities is an interesting look at how we envy other for the things they see in us.

Andy is such a quirky compassionate guy and I love him… I don’t want to talk about the highs or lows of this chapter cause they hurt but omg Willem and Jude homosexuals🥺🥺🥺

If this book turns into any sort of hurt/comfort between Jude and Willem it is going to bring me to my fucking knees. Right now, JB is my favorite; he’s comic relief sometimes but the descriptions of his art really drew me in, and I’m glad to see it isn’t just the hair shit it was introduced with jn chapter 1. The band name “Smegma Cake 2” will live in my memory forever.
