Interesting but slow

Loving this.

Kinda waiting for anything real to happen. Feel like we're doing long introductions. I know its a 7 book series but 250 pages in.... come on.

Well it's definitely getting interesting and instead of DNFing I think I will read the next one in the series. I just really hope she doesn't end up with the MMC. He seems quite toxic, I think she does so we'll have to see how he can possibly redeem himself. I'm also really frustrated at the lack of information, but I've read some posts that tell me that it's coming in the next books.

She's immature and frustrating. 20 years old, acts like she's 12. It says in 1 place she has a raspy voice, seems like a big character item, but isn't mentioned again and it really should be.

Problem - she's falling or is in love with the guy who saved her but has been a father figure for 19 years, so thats kind of gross.

This book is brought to you by the letter S, but in italics. Lots of words seem tge same but are different. Getting interesting now at 60%
