Anything Jacob Morgan narrates is a favourite and this has honestly been such a fun time (and only slightly questionable).

I am still reeling over the ending of Royal Assassin and this book, Assassin's Quest, has a great overview of what happened within the first chapter.

The more I think about it, the more I hate [Redacted]. He is the perfect villain! I have lots of questions for book 3... Like will Fitz finally do Assassin things since the books are called (blank) Assassin?

Also, where are his siblings? They’re non existent this last half.

Is it wrong that I want *more* between these two? This hasn’t been the most..engaging read so far. A little boring. He’s the hot bull rider bachelor on a dating show! I want him to at least *try*, causing him to have real conflicted feelings between the women on the show and falling for Julia.

Would also be fun to see some commentary from the women on the show.

I remember reading this in either grade 7 or 8…or maybe in high school? I still randomly think about this book all these years later. Time for a reread (and be emotionally devastated in the process).

The audible narrator needs to learn how to pronounce “toque” 🙄

Someone’s review said “welcome back Brave Little Toaster” and as someone who loved this movie (and still gets nightmares from the A/C blowing itself up) I’m hoping this book gives off the same nostalgia vibes (hopefully without another appliance death though, I don’t think I could handle it)
