Oh lark is actually crazy

Lark is getting on my nerves. Sloane was a lot more enjoyable fmc than Lark. I hope that changes since I really enjoyed the first one and I like the mmc of this one but something about Lark is getting on my nerves

It’s so cruel I have to put this down with less than 20 pages left bc my shift is over

Well…the writing is definitely giving a wattpad story…but the audiobook is quick so let’s see how this goes

Schwab is definitely trying to comment on religion both directly and indirectly but at this point it’s not piecing together enough for me to see what point she’s trying to prove.

I really want to like this, the writing is good but the mc is so insufferable I don’t know if I want to continue

Nothing like the end of a book closing in that makes your anxiety spike and the desperation to finish it begin
