Erst 10 Seiten gelesen und der Schreibstil ist jetzt schon hundert mal besser als die letzten 6 Bücher oder so. Es ist wie ein Mentholaufguss für mein Gehirn.

This is one of those books where the protagonists are just so unreasonably horny. Like I'm sorry but how can you get so aroused just by looking at a good looking stranger for a couple seconds?? Is it just YA or do people really experience it like that? Starting to question whether I'm on the demi spectrum lmao

Um excuse me why is this book about sex? Book 1 was about social injustice and mystery solving and personal growth and friendship and it also had a slow burn romance. Like hello?? I don't understand what's happening

So far this is a 5/5. I'm not kidding, this is perfection. I can't believe the author was able to write this after the first 3 books were such trash.

Ich habe Staffel 3 Folge 1 geguckt und fand Penelope so intriguing, dass ich jetzt ihr Buch lesen will. Das ist aber erst Teil 4, also muss ich vorher noch Buch 1-3 lesen...

Ngl I was so confused the first couple chapters because I just assumed both protagonists were women and then it turns out, one is in fact a guy.
It said "Chapter 1: August" and I thought they meant the month 💀

Yeah this isn't peak literature and Dain is pissing me off and I don't know Xaden well enough to be pissed off yet BUT I'M JUST SO LOOKING FORWARD TO THE DRAGONS

I swear this book is gonna stand or fall with the dragons for me

If this was just the main protagonists POV I might actually enjoy this book. But the other characters are such self entitled assholes, some of them are so despicable, I literally just want them to die. It's taking me forever to read this because I have to take breaks because i'm triggered.

This is gonna be one of the books i should've just dnfed.

I'm going to finish this book just to earn the right to give it 1 star.

I started this book a month ago and stopped reading after 50 pages because there were so. many. names. It took actively pausing and repeating it in my head like I was studying for an exam or something. Like why.
But I'm giving it another chance now so we'll see how it goes?
