I feel like this book is a testament to the imaginative abilities & creativity of wonderful authors. fonda lee you are a genius and ilysm. this series is perfect in so many ways 😭

dorian is the biggest dick rider ever. but also, I adore this book so far

at this point, if I were Elizabeth, I would be shaking and crying and throwing up

my biggest takeaway so far is that the celts had porto-urban cities which I find very sick

I can’t wait to write a review because this book is so thought-provoking; time and space, class consciousness, feminism, anarchy, capitalism, greed, physics, ethics, egalitarianism, mutual aid, intimacy. so many concepts to engage with, I love it.

the prose is so beautiful and poetic but the plot is VERY boring so far 😭
