Strange. Sad. Brilliant

Anyone else grossed/freaked out/bothered by them opening their eyes in the sh*t river? How did they not get infections in their wounds AND pink eye?

I've been enraptured in these books, but now cracks are beginning to show in the story.

Last book when she was travelling with the army, she was eating breakfast (albeit fast) I can't remember if the sun was up, but she def had breakfast and now she can't eat before sun down?

And no one can touch her, but wasn't she practicing fighting with the Wrath crew?

I'm a bit confused

"Great, now not only did I have to wonder which way the chakras were facing when they spun, now I had to figure out what I was living in, the skeleton or the skin". :'D

It's like Eagle Elite by RVD in a PNR world

This girl takes a LOT of showers and baths.

The story is good, but the writing seems a bit juvenile and repetitive.

Feels like this is taking me forever to read, but I am enjoying it none-the-less

Dear Authors, The Sun doesn't rule Gemini, Mercury does. Please get that right if you're going to do a series about the Zodiacs, even if it's fiction, it should hold that truth.

That was like the dang Bloody Wedding in GoT. WTF?

The last book took me awhile to read as it was about absorbing all the world building and cogs that were laid into the story. I had/have to mentally prepare myself going into this one because I remember how the last book went.

We're immediately brought to Eimarille's POV. IDK whether to be disgusted or in awe of her determination, grit and love for her son and Blade. (She's still terrible though).

It seemed like a good one to read before bed.

This book is like a mix of Interview with a Vampire (slayer), Constantine and Van Helsing.

It is very lengthy, but the details.and world building is phenomenal.

I'm only 45% into it, but I can already tell that I'm going to continue in the series

The art in this book is great and this story is super interesting too. Like Interview with a Vampire (slayer) meets Constantine and Van Helsing. The vampire/religious order aspect is so well done.
(This is a made up religion)

I feel invested in the dragons , but I don't see the appeal yet, or the chemistry shall I say, between the 2 MCs.
Not in a "you're my mate" kind of way anyways. Maybe it's because of the super slow burn? Not sure, but it's making this feel like it's taking forever to get into.
