I'm doing the tandem read! I didn't do this last time and I am enjoying it so far.

It's been a hot minute since we read a marriage book and I love Sheila Gregoire, so of course I got this when it released.

I just feel like I'm getting invested in the characters in the past 2 chapters.

These books are only okay, but I do want to know how this story gets wrapped up!

It drives me insane that Brennan changed his last name to operate more easily and not be known as a Sorrengail, then literally every minute in this book he's like "my sister", "my sister", "my sisters" in front of the assembly, a random Aretia guard, all the nobles in Calldyr.... like isn't that supposed to be a SECRET??
