This book is the last one that‘s a reread. 9 years later and I’ll be able to finish the series since they’re all written now!

Irene Adler is, of course, the best part of this collection.
Second to that, is that I can assuredly say that I solved the Boscombe Valley Mystery faster than Sherlock Holmes; I had the home court advantage, since “cooee” belongs to my native tongue.

I can’t believe I’m only just reading this for the first time when it says things like “and then she was back in the safety of her murderers”

This dragon has us all beat on ego:
