The last part was literally just ended by someone going 'do you know what a ponzi scheme is?'

God this is boring me. I don't care about finance or ponzi schemes and I'm struggling to care about any of these characters?

I will persevere though... hoping that it WILL get better lmao

Usually I am a big fan of a kiss saving the day (and I love the two people that this person made kiss but also ???????? does it work??? I dont think so)

Though, so far, I am enjoying it more then sea of tranquility which was the only other book I've read by her!

Got hit with a gut punch already - in the foreword where she says 'this is gonna be my first of many memoirs'.

(I've been on my own all day so I've been reading like a madman.)

Also really liked the first part of this book but the second part is a bit... messy? I loved Emily's character in the first part but now she's just turned into the whole 'okay we have differing opinions so I'm just gonna make you feel like shit about it' which does not a good character make

I'm really enjoying this, I've been told by *sooooo* many people to read bunny and whoops this is my first one by her.

Again, it's something I'm seeing from the outside in cos I've never truly dealt with chronic pain but I really feel for Miranda here, she's just a woman with passion for what she does!

(But also, where is this story going to go lmao)

I am really enjoying this and I hate how I'm saying this cos I am very aware of the problem's women faced in the 60's but it's a bit grating having to read it multiple times a chapter. I think Elizabeth is a great character but good god girl. Give the character other motivations then anger!!!

Absolutely loving this though. Northern Ireland in 2018 on the eve of the abortion referendum in the Republic. Tough topic but also a tough read. But very attached to all these characters too..
