I thought I’d just read a few pages and put it down, but I couldn’t stop. The sentences are very enjoyable, and it has an intriguing opening that immediately draws you in.

This book gave me total Netflix teen drama vibes.
Also, so much dialogue, but it flows fast and keeps you hooked

I think I like Dante and Amara much more. But I don’t think I can continue with the rest of the series. As much as I enjoyed their relationship, the overarching themes like “child trafficking” and “gang rivalries” just didn’t manage to hold my interest. Sorry…
