i can tell this is gonna make me cry…can’t wait!

ok I’ve decided to read this first pass with no note taking, then eventually reread while taking notes. very interesting concept though. idk if I could immerse myself well enough into the devil’s POV to write the way Lewis does…he’s alarmingly good at it

oh wow this is…very good. and i don’t usually like epistolary books so that’s saying something

About time I read some Lewis. He's living up to the hype. Haven't even finished, yet I already know this will be a reread.

these characters are very intriguing

man this is a very slow read. mr backman is rly taking his time with this world building lol

for a book based in a hockey town, I’m actually liking it. could use more dialogue though

So far I’ve seen the word TikTok twice and a not-so-subtle reference to the former president/president-elect…Lord help me finish this book

tbh i know he won’t but it’d be kind of iconic if Riordan killed off Percy like how epic would that be

he can’t kill off the main character…right? RIGHT????
