This book is starting to give the element of suspense. I believe I have figured out that th twist is that the husband, Ethan is going to be the patient with the initials EJ in the tapes and that he is in the house and feels comfortable because he has been in that house many times. I believe he killed the boyfriend of Adrienne Hale as well and Adrienne hale. And he brought Tricia to the house to try and find the tapes

So far I’m enjoying the set up. Adrienne Hale is a psychiatrist that went missing after her best selling book hit the market and newly weds, Ethan and Tricia are scheduled to look at her house to buy. There is evidence that someone else may be in the house as well with them. They saw a singular light on in the house on the second floor as well as cold water and a footprint. It’s setting up a suspenseful story
