This is bringing me back to fluffy but wholesome high-school-Jaime-reads. A lovely beach read for vacation.

I cannot put this down.

Am I a bad Jane Austen fan for giving this a go?

The writing is so good but maybe I’m not the biggest fan of coming-of-age stories?

Henry Nouwen explains the mystical, revolutionary, and Christian way that the nuclear man/woman tries to find meaning.

(He does an excellent job explaining why nonbelievers struggle with our Christianese.)

I kind of understand why Ben wants to be a farmer

I’m finally getting around to reading this! I’ve somehow gone through my whole life and I don’t even know the plot.
