back to working so less time to read, its a tragedy

guys i love donna tartt so much i need to finish this and then reread the goldfinch

this book reminds me so much of as i lay dying in some parts

i love the imagery in this book so much its so overwhelmingly and beautifully mundane and also somehow fantastical/magical in a way

guys frederic is so me... unbridled and slightly unfounded yearning 😻 among other things

for a parisian lit class im taking, very interesting characters and i like how its 3rd person but is still utilizing an unreliable narrator its kinda cool

i get so much nostalgia from this book :3

second read, for english class lol, im rlly getting into it this time ngl might write a complex literary analysis just for fun

what is with all the dead or dying children 🧍

i love how the early stories focus on god's presence in the small and mundane, as well as the interconnection between the stories relating to dreams its really interesting

i think this is gonna need a second read for it to really hit tbh

im really intrigued and also slightly confused. in some ways it reminds me a little of the bell jar

im so close guys im so invested in them i love them

i have such a strong love hate relationship with jude's character. Also i should start a tally on how many times ive cried reading this book lol
