Ugh why is Emily so stupid??

Why are they always confused? The story is good so far but my god, the syntax and repetitive word choices used to describe their sexual tension irks me a bit.

so i rly like visuals and every time i read books like these i have to google image other ppls perception of what they look like using celebrities/models to portray their attributes bc reading about a million of these blonde-haired, blue-eyed characters kinda blurs all the characters together in my head
