I'm just not ready to finish the final chapters of this book. I've purchased this in 2019; it was the perfect book for someone who is deeply interested in the mid-20th century and has a liking for crimes and investigation. As a person who can't finish a book in one sitting, this anthology is everything. I hope I can find more books like this.

I like how the author stated what the traumatic experience was going to happen in the prologue. It kept me from roaming through the last pages of the book as I would typically do even before I read the whole book.

An eye-opener for someone who reads the ending before reading the actual thing was when they tried to warn readers in the prologue to do so.
