Make it more attractive. The greater the attractiveness the higher the opportunity a habit will become habit forming. One can also use temptation building to help increase habits we need to do. Essentially, we are pairing something we need with something we want. For example, after I wake up and using the restroom (current habit), I will brush my teeth and floss(need). After flossing, I will read my book (want).
