I didn't know I needed a hacker Ewok with a massive crush on Chewie or a smart, snarky Gungan, but there we are. I am super enjoying this!

Just got a ton of library eBooks with expiration dates, so setting this aside for a little while. :'( Sadly was just settling back into the world, but c'est la vie.

Got another nonfiction book coming in that I can't renew so I need to read that first.

I confess I've forgotten how dense the writing in LOTR is. Taking a break now with something new from the library. The Council of Elrond shall keep until then.

I think next time I'll skip Tom Bombadill. That section is soo weird & has nothing to do with the main plot.

Taking a break because I'm not in the mood right now. I need something else to get me out of this slump.

The first 25% of the book:

Everyone: Jessamy, no.

Jes: Oh, sh*t *tries to cover up what she's done*
Everyone (in Mom voice): What did you do

Well, that was heartbreaking. I actually cried. Poor Fitz.

Ew, ew, ew. Only a guy would think it a good idea to write a scene where the characters are picking off a gigantic scab.

The prose is just *dripping* with voice. I love it.

Another break to wade through library books. This one's going a little slower than other Outlander books.

I can't believe it, but I'm completely addicted and sucked in. I really should stop, but don't think I will.
