Lots of details and claims. I am in the process of drinking celery juice daily after reading chapter 4 and 5 and listening to Anthony Williams interviewed on The Food Revolution.

I read two chapters midway through (chapters 4 and 5) to help me get started on the cleanse properly. I heard Anthony during an interview, started making and drinking celery juice then bought the book. I need to start the cleanse again following the suggested guidelines.

Short stories. Rome. Characters were funny how they actually were like the characters in the play. Ending kinda just dumb. Eden by the River. Sweet. Misleading but in a good way. Sad in the realization he missed his chance to express his feelings.

First short story. "Between timid and Timbuktu" Predictable but interesting idea and easy to read.

Sheryl is reading Travesty in Haiti: A true account of Christian missions, orphanages, fraud, food aid and drug trafficking
This looks to be an interesting book for me especially since I've traveled to Haiti on a mission trip and learned more about third world culture. No page numbers...7%

I didn't realize this was a young adult book when I started it. I am having problems getting past the simplistic conversations and lack of interesting action. It's cute but I need to put it down for now.

I saw part of the documentary "Half the Sky" about Somaly Mam before starting to read this so I know what to expect. This stage of the book gives a lot more insight into her childhood. I admire this brave and beautiful woman. Her story is heartbreaking.

I've been practicing yoga on and off for years and more frequently in the last year. This book has some thoughts on a person's mind-set as they further their yoga practice.
