Taking me so LONGGGGG

Taking me SOOOO LONGGGGG

Beloved vampire trope #899: when a ragtag group of cool guys, one of them a jilted ex-lover of a woman the vampire turned, get prepped to go kill a vampire

Never read S. King before this kinda spooky

It is fall so it is time to get serious and I am starting off by reading about witches and wizards fighting evil in England but its not harry potter bc I’m an ally

Sometimes I have to set this book down and take a full three minute break to process what I just read (that
which caused a mixture of shock, disbelief, awe, disturbance, titillation, fear, incredulity, etc.) before picking it back up

IM SO GLAD I WASNT BORN BRITISH!!!!!!!!

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

LOVING this translation gonna snatch up her version of the iliad too

my academic background means i have a fair exposure to homer but i unfortunately deprived myself of the chance to read it in original greek…i am mostly interested in how time and space works in homeric poetry..any space is often a metaphor for an Idyllic Place outside of time…so, ive been wanting to read wilson’s translation for this reason, and yes, good time to indulge when im bout to be seated in theater

There is a good reason I never effed with Jack Antonoff

Leto wormed up
