I am about halfway through this highly anticipated sequel and also ready to give up on the entire storyline.

I purchased the sequel and got it the day it came out. The story doesn’t have any depth, the FMC and MMC aren’t together enough to develop their relationship past lust. The main characters just have side quests not adding to the storyline where the first book left off.
