me reading this book while i’ve been talking all year about wanting to go to vegas for my 30th 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

i love the idea of a lavender marriage. obviously there’s no reason for me to be in one but yeah if i was living in 1914 it’d be kinda fun yknow

i had a BLAST with this!! i just wish it were longer or that there were more of these!! which i know there will be but im not very patient!! the scifi worldbuilding was So Cool and the detective-ing was intriguing and fun. more please!!

this book talks about LA driving in the same way they do in the californians SNL sketches

listening to this audiobook is wild. every time they say "miner Gabe Horne" i have a mini-heart attack. there is no way the author/editor didn't catch that. and why do they have to say "miner" before his name Every Time, you're making it SO MUCH WORSE
