So far, this book is not as cute as the other first one. I’m irritated with the misunderstanding trope. Both mains are getting on my nerves.

I’m a bit over this book. Not only is the book too long, BUUT the mains are not together often. It’s hard to feel like this is a romance. I need a break for this book.

So far, I don’t really like either mains lol.

There is a lot of miscommunication in this book.

So the small blurb is definitely wrong. The MFC is not innocent at all. Lies!!! lol. The actual story is very different.

Oh! 👀👄👀, so I needed to encounter this narrator!!! I like him a lot. Good choice to listen to the book instead of reading it

I did like this book but boy, it has been dragging for a while. It should have been over a long time ago. I’m now skimming the battle scene. lol

I keep hoping that romance will begin. I mean their interactions are so meh. No connection no chemistry. But I am reading on just hoping. Maybe this author is not for me.

I’m not finding this book as appealing as others have. I’m wondering what else can happened when everything has already happened to the main couple.

So I’m 35% into this book. There is ZERO romance. The MMC has not spoken a single word to the MFC. There has been not a single scene of romantics or flirtatious vibes. I must try to push a bit more, but so far, this has been a disappointment.

THE STORY SEEMS TO BE MORE ABOUT FLYNN AND HIS FUTRE WIFE MS. ELIZABETH COMPTON. LOL

I freaking hate this hero!!! Jeez the guy is despicable.

40% so far and the mains have just shared their first sentence. Ughh

I’m a bit bored by this book. It’s a bit glooming for me. I’m also not liking the hero and the heroine at times. I don’t know if I should just finish it or pause at this time.

This book is very fun so far. I’m enjoying it.

If I hear DARKNESS KILL ANGER once again I’m going to go crazy. Ughh enough already

Hmmm… does this get good? So far this is meh and I am not feeling any of these mains.

There is a lot of woe is me attitude from Tiffany. She is so selfish and dare I say mean. Her actions caused so much unnecessary drama and hurt feelings. I’m trying to push past my dislike for her to finish this damn book bc I like her mate. lol.

What the hell am I reading!! I dislike both the hero and heroine. I haven’t felt this meh about a heroine’s “sad story”. I want to slap both characters. I might need to consider whether I proceed with this one.

Already in chapter 4! I’m so excited to read this book.

I just finished the Ravenels and the Wallflower series by Lisa Kleypas. I really loved the Ravenels more than the Wallflower series but both were good.

Now onto the Hathaway series.

I hate when leaf male characters call the female lead
a B!t@h. I loath it so much.

When are the leads going to appear together ?? It’s already 12% and they haven’t once really shared more than one simple conversation. I’m not liking this. 😞😠

Oh my!!! Lol Rhys after saying “try to leave me” I swoon so hard. Lol. Oh I’m listing for this man bad. Lol

This is very witty and fun. I’m enjoying it.

This should have been done and over after the main couple got married. It’s just so unnecessarily long. Lol. The store about the sister should be maybe in a second book?

I’m definitely liking this book. It makes me have a lot of feels. Lol

The MF was is such a brat and a petulant child. I don’t even know what’s appealing about her. Now, the narration is awful. I can’t stomach either. I will probably put it down for q bit before I decide to DNF completely. Definitely, this look doesn’t have the same charm as the previous books.

What a petulant child! The MF plays victim throughout most of this book. 😮‍💨🙄

Pausing this infuriating book. I’m losing the little interest I had.
