i really want to like this book but oh my god i can't take instalove seriously. if i see this guy gush over her again i'll lose it, i'm not even halfway through. love should be yearning forever and ever until the last 80% of the story to me 💔

i am picturing a completely different man than described because im not into the looks of white nanami. also how did he fall in love with her so fast. the book makes me giggle sometimes which is a feat but the plot is kind of ridiculous and i am not capable of enjoying books without critical thought unlike i can with movies apparently. and i don't like dual povs. but it's ok we carry on

LIKE A STICKAHHH in all seriousness i don't particularly enjoy the author's attempts at comedy. they're just not my thing and just sound corny. "Not even a sandwich! The saddest vehicle of foods—a skimpy, cold, overpriced bodega wrap!" 🆗 did u think this was funny did ur editor laugh. maybe it's just millennial humor that i despise lol

didn't realize how "baby's first encounter with trauma" this was going to be. i really didn't expect to start getting triggers and how they work explained to me. but i guess i'm far from the majority, who don't experience genuine fear and cold sweat when they see a naruto character. (not just any character but i'm not about to flaunt my triggers online)
