The fact that Natalie is my least favorite character in this book (mini-series?) over a guy who thinks making love and sleeping with a hangover is the same thing says alot about Natalie... or myself 🤦🏽‍♂️. Ngl tho him saying “She’s breathing” from book 1 still makes me smile and it shouldn’t. 💀💀💀

I feel like its better/the same than the first. But for some reason I’m just not enjoying it the same. I think its 5 star privileges are being revoked. It could come back. 🙊🐒

I wasn’t going to originally make an update but the line “She was breathing.” and “he’s Bambi without his mom.” 💀💀💀
made me laugh for about 4 minutes straight. you don’t need context; I feel terrible that I’m reading this book, get to the climax of the story and my cheekbones are sore because of how hard that made me laugh. I feel like I just laughed at a funeral.

Main character is more interesting than Katniss Everdeen so thats a W. Otherwise... gives some slight twilight vibes (EW GROSS 🤮) and like there isn’t enough direct action for me. Definitely good writing.

Im re reading chapters over again not because I liked that much but stuff is going over my head. Its alright rn. Main character kinda cool I guess. Im half confused.

Meh, not very fun to read. It feels like the most boring parts of the selection. Scene/world is just not very interesting to me, feels really generic.
