i must say carissa broadbent never fails to make a disengaging sequel ...... WHY !!! THE PREMISE IS ALWAYS SO GOOD BUT THE FIRST 50% OF THIS BOOK IS SO SLEEPER! i started skimming. too much angst, girl we know <spoiler> he killed ur father but chop chop it's time to move on</spoiler>

this shit so booty i skimmed through the 3rd quarter of the book. so boring!!! and slow!! so many feelings in the book but so irrelevant. just got to the plottwist but I'm not even engaged anymore!!!
