i read so much on my flights to and from florida. so close.

oh my god this book is so long

hate that i’m enjoying a man’s writing

it is 5:53am. took excedrin at 12:30 forgetting it had caffeine. also I laid around and napped all day because my head hurt so bad. so I wasn’t really tired. I have been reading all night. I was about to try to nap because I have to wake up at 8am for work but I am now feeling so incredibly betrayed that I can’t stop

I #hacked libby’s (real life libby) kindle and am having a great time. Cannot believe the main character is named Liz (also sometimes Libby) and her crush is named michael young. So like if they got together her name is Liz Young and also it takes place in Omaha. Rlly only reading for that reason like wtf

feels so good to read a book that actually makes me feel something again 😻😭

sorry to the book club but I will be DNFing this book. I won’t say too much here but wow it was a drag. i thought I would eat it up but I didn’t. I’m disappointed in myself but what can you do

this is for book club. i still hold myself to a high standard no matter how many times i have broken that rule and proved myself wrong. i swear a cool book (a psalm for the wild-built) was next on my tbr but i have to face the reality that i’m reading a canadian (?) cowboy/billionaire/brother’s best friend romance and that i probably will enjoy it. the truth is hard but it is the truth.

i really loved the bit that I’ve read but i’m in such a slump and it’s due back on libby tomorrow :(
