DNF @ 20% because I couldn't stand to listen any longer. The writing is a mess.

DNF @ 15% back in December 2024. I really enjoy Mandel's style of writing, but the subject matter of Station Eleven stressed me out pretty quickly. I hope to return to this book someday.

Rereading this to discuss with a friend. I think January is a great month for rereading. Sure, it can be a month of new goals and stories, but it can also be a month to settle in and reflect on what's known to you. There's no rush to encounter the new and change; we can rest and revel in the familiar.

Rereading this well-worn copy of one of my all-time favorites because it's time for a cozy comfort book. 💕

I'm already loving it. What a rewarding, feel-good perspective on productivity and life! I feel as though this book is going to be a game-changer for me.

DNF for now. This is my first DNF. I've tried to read this book twice, once in paper form and again on audiobook, but I just cannot get into it. I couldn't put The Book of Night Women, ostensibly a different genre, down, so I was eager for more of Marlon James's writing. A close friend of mine is a big Marlon James fan and assured me that the book is difficult to start, but I'm almost a third of the way through...
