I don't know why I haven't DNF-ed that one. Very unlikeable characters and a depressing story (and I love 1984, so I don't mind a good depressing story, which this one is not) make for a real struggle to finish it. I'm only persevering due to a tiny bit of curiosity as to how it'll all end.

Why did the author feel the need to give Chloe only one brain cell and self-esteem even lower than Bella Swan's (how is that even possible??)? This is getting ridiculous!

Stilted, immature writing with a dose of pretentiousness and melodramatism. Why am I still reading this???

This is giving me quite a few ideas for healthier meals, even if a lot of the recipes so far are a bit beyond my level of patience ;)

Re-reading - I loved this book when I first read it, but struggling to finish it this time around :/ Don't know why.

I know some bloggers didn't like Lilac at first but I totally get her and have no problem with her whatsoever :)
