Okay still had me lost at many times. It just feels like yap and not in a good way. I think it needs more structure and correlation but hey maybe that’s the point. I liked when he was talking about wantings as ppl and reasoning. But I was still like what? This is a hard read. I think I liked the beginning more. Cause now I’m really like wtf

Kinda worried cause I didn’t look at reviews till after I bought it but it’s not bad so far. The writing is good and the plot seems to be going.

Okay I was very confused in the beginning and honestly still very am at most points. It’s like I get and I’m like oh yeah I like what he’s saying then he loses me and I’m like wtf am I reading. It’s def interesting. I wish it was more set like we just jumped into the notes ig. Like I would have liked a little backstory. He’s talking like he knows it all, like he cares but also doesn’t idk. Yeah idk

Wow so that was a lot like a lot. Rome being there daisy shouting herself Julian and Daisy Christian and Daisy. Like fuckkk. It was just a lot. I really liked it tho. Like the story. I think it was really good. I’m lowkey a daisy girl cause it’s too relatable but I’ll probably be a magnolia girl when I read her again. At least they communicated in the end. Right person wrong time

Julián is gonna die isn’t he. I know I said it but this book feels so real cause the characters like are not perfect and act in ways that just make them feel like me. Yk. Anyway finally got the story w their parents crazy and traumatizing. I need to hear the daisy and Rome story tho. And who tf was Julian texting

I took too long to read this I should’ve finished this series then started addicted. Anyways I’m remembering a few things. I think I’m gonna like this one too. I think I didn’t read it after because one it’s long and two I didn’t think it’d match up to magnolia

I liked the talk with the Chaplin. I think overall I was expecting more like with him showing or telling his view to the people of the court. But it was still good and thought provoking at some parts. I think the end was good. I wanna reread and annotate. I need another book like this but with more.

I read then I think damn this guy is so real. I also had the thought if someone who knew me read this would they think his character is like me. I think it. Not to a full extent but very similar. I think the part w the magistrate was interesting like the first day.

Why are they both so like self loathing and like deprecating. Like obviously they have their issues and things that made them that way especially Marianne but they’re just so hard on themselves. Like to put it bluntly ur not special w ur problems we all got them. If they don’t end this book together… cause it finally got interesting again like I was invested

I like how complex Mariana’s character is but yeah something is wrong w her. But I find her social aspect like how she views herself compared to others and how she interacts w them like she’s different and says she is but also acts like other people. Connell is also very complex like his quite reserved to everyone. Idk i see myself in both characters

Finally picked up the book again. Im a little bored and not in a way I wanna stop reading it. It’s just like real/realistic.

Feeling a little just a tad bit boring but still readable. Her freakout from finding out he’s in love was kinda crazy and she’s still w Jamie

I love morrie it almost brought me to tears. What he said about death and nature so real. He really was wise. Then when he described the day he would have if he wasn’t sick. So simple and not taking it for granted and just enjoying it. Really opens ur eyes and makes u think. Very beautiful book

So that’s why they broke up… like okay. But god Marianne has issues I feel bad for her. Then Connell almost got sa. They need to fire her ass. But a little communication with them would have been great. I mean even Connell says he’s not like he is w anyone but Marianne so why couldn’t he just be clear.

I actually like the characters. But what happened to Marianne bf like she just starts sleeping w Connell and everyone knows. But I do like them and their connection/relation. But it’s going well rn so I think my feelings are about to change

Its interesting reading about how Marianne felt about her home life then how college would be different. Then about Connell new college life and how he doesn’t fit in anymore. Its real and relatable. Kinda feels like it’s going fast tho. Both characters are relatable tho.

I liked the talks about death and family and money. I liked the things morrie said. I feel like I do the talking thing like making ppl feel special and just listening and that’s why ppl like me. The death thing has me questioning like would I go crazy thinking about it everyday. Oh also I liked the thing he said about emotions to feel them in order to pass thru them
