Amazing plot!!!! I found it a bit quick how the main characters got together, but as the story unfolded, it made sense because they are fated mates haha. Not the best relationship development, but I love them as a couple after they stopped fighting their attraction for one another. Kingfisher reminds me of the ML of ACOTAR

I love how trinity and zayne say “i love you” to each other so much in this book - it’s so sweet♥️

I love that they’re talking about their future together!!! They’re talking about trinity’s progressive blindness and how Zayne is an immortal. Appeasing their anxiety for their future tgt. “There won’t be another person for me. Not even when you’re 90…it’s easy for me to say this because I love you. And that runs deeper than skin and broken hips :’))”

So many things are unfurling!!! I’m curious what the elder witch wants to do with Zayne’s feather

I’m getting a lot of mixed signals from Zane throughout the book. I can tell he likes trinity, but at the same time he has a wall drafted around himself preventing trinity from knowing him truly.

Also, what did the crime mean when she said to the demon king “what you seek is right in front of you”? And how were the gargoyles made?

Chap 5 was HILARIOUS!!

The plot is a bit slow in this one, as there is a lot more relationship building between Poppy and Cas. There’s a bit too much smut in this book for my liking, and I really wanna get on with the plot. But, it is sweet to see Poppy and Cas “rebuilding” the foundation of their relationship - they’re really sweet tgt.
