It’s been almost a year and a half that i’ve had this book in my “current reads” list. I just got around to reading the reviews of this book and thank god I’m not the only one who had an issue with Alana being the most bitchy LI. And THE TOWN PEOPLE are SO judgemental! It pisses me off! I’m still only about halfway through this book. I’m going to finish but JEEZ it’s prob gonna take another year lol

Why is every character in this book queer? Like I'm all for representation, but as a queer this is just an NOT at all believable.

I’ll admit this isn’t exactly high-brow literature. But it’s all I’ve honestly been looking for lately: It has a very light plot, it has heavy smut, and it has comedy (unintentionally probably, ex. FMC: “should we be doing this?” MMC1: “we share everything” FMC: “OH, OKAY THEN!”🤣) It’s just been a good time so far and that’s all I asked for.

Kelly Anne is the worst friend in the entire universe ugh.

So the FMC is giving me literal child vibes. Daddy kink is one thing, but the FMC is eighteen years old and is right now acting so naïve, she’s even playing with kids toys. Like i get that’s a thing with age play. Respect. But that’s not this. This FMC’s LITERAL personality is just like “oh look! Toy! Time for play time!” And it feels a bit creepy rn. I hope this changes or i’ll have to DNF this one.
