Reading 10 pages feels like torture. When does it get good???

I usually love the Twisted Sisters and read their books in one or two days but man I’m struggling on this one. I’m not picking up on very much chemistry between the two and wanna DNF so bad 🫣

I feel like I may hate read this because this whole “ohhh I’m so smol, I’m not as pretty as the other girl” 👉👈 pick me shit on every other page is infuriating. And THE SWORD OF THUNDER?!?

Don’t even get me started on the major hole of the plot right from the jump about the best friend being over protective of the FMC and folds within seconds and wants to set them up
