Ugh I hate best-friends-to-lovers kind of book. But clearly I'm masochistic.

I've read only thirty pages and my heart was already broken in thirty thousand pieces... There's not a kind of despair sadder than being on the death bed with no one even cares whether you're dying or not at all. What did they do to deserve this? By simply being gay? How preposterous!

Well this book has been sitting lonely on my bookshelf for four years now. It's actually a birthday gift from my ex - girlfriend who was obsessed with Keigo Higashino and almost everything Japanese. Since I love mystery, I thought I'll give it a shot. The japanese names are a little confusing tho. I've only read about ten pages and there are already like twelve names or so... Help me Lord!

I just can't resist this cover... So gorgeous...

I swear the next time I hear someone say he's taking a bet, I am gonna feed him knuckle sandwiches first!! So annoying! And after about 200 pages the stubborn MCs FINALLY made some progress... I DNF a lot lately so I am gonna control my impatient edges a little.
