FMC is becoming slightly more tolerable but jeepers creepers this is not my favourite of the series. The MMC deserves much better than this.

FMC is horrifically unlikable. I have no interest in following the story of someone so bitter and single minded. Also, completely uncreative. If she wanted to sell, sell it and get the $, but support a community boycott of her buyer (behind the scenes). She’s got nothing to lose, the buyer loses $, and sells to back to the community.
