Listening to this on audible. I’m on chapter 8 and so far this is an awesome audio book at least with this narrator

I haven’t been this hooked by a book in a long time. Can foresee this becoming a favorite which is surprising considering I’ve never been a huge fantasy fan.

A dreary beginning, but very interesting and exciting after Mr. Rochester enters the scene

I just finished the first of three novellas in this book…it was so boring that I need to set this down and read something else before continuing. Luckily when I pick it back up the other two stories are by different authors. Maybe someone else would have liked this story but personally I didn’t find this romantic suspense romantic or suspenseful. There also was no good wrap up to the mystery. Very unsatisfying.

So far so cute. I love a shy female main character.

Mixed feelings…
