took a 3 month break from this but we're back

"By the standards of the European industrial world we are poor peasants, but when I embrace my grandfather I experience a sense of richness as though I am a note in the heartbeats of the very universe."

re-reading da best book everrrrrrr

i'm so sad

i'm loving this but it's starting to get really slow

this genuinely has me so entertained

this novel should be elucidated as specifically white woman feminist literature. because tell my why is the compassion and care, that the Arab woman is recieving from the white people, so clearly being compared to exactly what the creature craves... the non-white, non-English speaking woman is being compared to the monster.. right. oh and the whole bit about freeing women from Islam is so...

nvm i don't love anything i feel sick. .. Ramy wth
